Advantages:
High Strength and Rigidity: The addition of glass fibers significantly increases the tensile strength, flexural strength, and modulus of the material, making it several times stronger than pure PA66.
Excellent Heat Resistance: The heat deflection temperature is greatly increased (up to over 250°C), allowing long-term use at higher temperatures.
Good Dimensional Stability: Dimensional changes and creep tendency after moisture absorption are significantly reduced.
High Cost-Effectiveness: Among the three materials, the price is usually the lowest, making it highly cost-effective.

Disadvantages:
Increased Density: The material density is higher than pure PA66.
Significant Anisotropy: During injection molding, glass fibers orient along the flow direction, resulting in differences in shrinkage and mechanical properties in different directions, which can cause warping.
Wear on Equipment and Molds: The high hardness of glass fibers accelerates wear on injection molding screws, barrels, and molds.
Reduced Surface Gloss: The product surface may show fiber bloom, affecting appearance.
